Why didn't my package arrive in 1 to 3 business weeks?

During these times, we are fulfilling orders from our US and International Warehouses. Depending on how far your shipping location is from the warehouses it can range from 1 to 4 business days. Because of COVID-19 your delivery timeframe may be 1-4 business weeks. This will not affect all locations and your order may arrive earlier. We add extra time on your delivery timeframe as a buffer. You will be able to track your order through the tracking code provided to you in your email inbox.

I did not receive a confirmation email?

We send out your confirmation email within 1 to 5 minutes of the order placement. If you did not receive it, do not worry, our team has the ability to recover your order at anytime! All orders can be track securely on our website or on USPS' website. We send you the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can create an account to easily track your order too.

What is my delivery timeframe?

As of November 2, and with COVID-19 delays. Deliveries are expected within 1 to 3 business weeks to the United States but can be as long as 4 weeks depending on your location.

Where does bombutâ„¢ ship from?

We ship from our warehouses in the US and in China. For international orders we fulfill them using our Chinese warehouse. For orders within the United States, we fulfill them using our American warehouse.

My product isn't what I expected what can I do?

We apologize your product wasn't working as expected. Moving forward, we require video and image proof. Once verified by our team, you have two options. We can provide you a full refund or a replacement free of cost.

My product was incorrectly delivered?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us for verification. We will be able to send a free replacement to your correct address.

I want to initiate a refund according to the 90-day money-back guarantee?

You must contact us before returning your item, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the Refund Authorization facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for products returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.


Track your return using the information provided by your carrier to ensure it has been delivered to us. We will send you a return confirmation email once we have received your package and refund has been processed, you can also view the status of your return or exchange in your online order history.

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.
